God it makes me so angry that light or diet products are always marketed to women. In fact it makes me angry that they exist at all, because in addition to reinforcing the bullshit that thin is synonymous with ideal, it just reinforces the idea that ‘low in calories’ means ‘good for you’, and that is utterly untrue.
And no need to feel any sense of low self esteem from comparing your life & body to ideals spouted by the Ideal Homes show! There is help if the rampant consumer induced low self-esteem comes over you. You can win a makeover to become the ideal woman you’re told you want to be.
Ugh. Seriously this is like a matryoshka doll of offensive.
